Update: while they commented below and asked that I call and talk to a manager, please do not believe they had any intention of correcting the lie that I was told by them. They used to be a reputable place to buy medium quality furniture. Those days are over and they will do whatever it takes to make a sale on low quality furniture that they will not stand behind. I have been extremely disappointed with Van Hill in the past few years. We have furnished our entire house, 2 times over, with Van Hill furniture, but they have gone downhill. A couple of years ago, we purchased a very nice dining table from them. Shortly after purchasing this table, we had a glass of water sitting on the table. The sweat from the glass cause the coating on the table to bubble up and peel off. Van Hill refused to do anything about it, even though it was only a couple of months old. The latest issue is on an extremely expensive section sofa. I did not want to get a power reclining section due to concerns about the life of the electronics. We were sold on it because Van Hill said that all electronics had a lifetime warranty. Well, the power recline feature for one of the seats has now failed for the second time. I spoke to Cory in their service department and he is claiming there is no lifetime warranty and that I will need to purchase replacement electronics.... for a sofa that is only a few years old. So, basically, they lied. Either their sales team, or their service team lied. Either way, they cannot be trusted. There have been other issues with Van Hill, but those are the two largest problems. We had just moved to Holland and we were in need of a new couch. I had randomly came across Van Hill on Google and saw some clearance stuff I liked. I sent a message on their website and the following day got a call from Meghan and was able to put 10% down over the phone for a couch I liked. She said once we got there we could check out the couch and if we didn't like it we could put that 10% towards something else. Thankfully we ended up loving the couch and paid the rest once we got there. We had a moving truck with is so the warehouse loaded the couch for us and we brought it home that day. They do offer deliver for a fee but we had the truck so didn't need it. Their priced are lower than other furniture stores we have visited which was surprising. Most furniture stores have scary prices that make us not want to even go in but here the prices were very responsible! We even ended up ordering a matching ottoman but it was on back order until August. Which is fine with us so they will give us a call once it's in to pickup. Meghan was incredible friendly and helpful, she made the whole process super easy and fun! She even sent us a card in the mail thanking us for our service, which was a great touch! We are hoping to buy a house within the next year and will definitely be going back to Van Hill (especially for a dinner room set because they have some...

This is a nice store with a good selection. We worked with Nicole, who provided great customer service throughout the whole process and was not pushy at all. No complaints there. Unfortunately I can’t recommend this place unless you’re willing to wait over 7 months to get your furniture. I was initially told it could 20-24 weeks (6 months), which was an insane turn time, even during a pandemic. However we decided to move forward with the purchase. In the end it took more than 29 weeks to get it. We lived through 3 seasons waiting for a sectional! When I kindly asked the store manager (Chad) for some sort of discount he was completely unwilling to give me ANYTHING at all. He could have salvaged the situation by offering a 5-10% discount or even an in-store credit but was completely unwilling to do so. My bad for paying in full up front. They already had my money. Lesson learned there. To make matters worse the delivery guys didn’t cover the main piece of the sectional while stuffing it through the front door and consequently got a big grease stain on the cushion from the door hinge. I had to remove it myself with my own carpet cleaner. This could be a 5-star review if management offers the discount...
