I walked in around 4:40 p.m. One young lady was mopping while 2 other gentleman were behind the register talking. I approached the register and received no greeting. It was almost the opposite. They turned away and continued talking as I waited. While waiting I noticed the 3 foot long for $17 coupon I had expired 2 days prior. After a few minutes of them continuing their conversation, they finished and the gentleman that would "assist" me asked what he could get for me. I started to ask about the coupon being expired and was sternly interrupted that "If it's expired, it's no good". Since I didn't even get to finish my sentence, I attempted to get clarification and again was met with the interruption during my question. I'm cheap so I opened the app and ordered using a discount. The same guy watched me place my order. After my order was sent he began to make it as slow as possible. He even took a few minutes of a break after it was already toasted. About 10-15 minutes later the food was ready even though there was no order in front of me. I'm not sure what he was dealing with in life that made him act this way. I feel bad for him TBH. Subway, as a company, is a horrible place to work that doesn't pay a livable wage and expect its customers to tip. However, I'm a person too and don't like being disrespected when I'm trying to give someone...
Read moreI don't ever write reviews but I feel it nessesary with this place. After time and time again receiving piss poor service at this place I will be finding a different Subway (or going to Jimmy Johns) after tonight. The employees always seem to be inconvenienced that you are there. One time the guy didn't even speak to me. He just stared like "what do you want?" Tonight they were AGAIN out of the bread, meat, and a couple toppings. When I settled for a sandwich I had to ask the worker to change her gloves after she itched herself. The bread was ripped to shreads as apparently she was never taught how to use a knife...she acted like she was scared of it. When she put the partial scoops of chicken on the sandwich she pulled the pieces apart but left a gaping open area in the middle of the sandwich with nothing in it. After reading the other reviews I have to question why the owners or management isn't in there dealing with the issue. They should be embarrassed. I will give a compliment to the cashier tonight and say that she was pleasent. By far the only one worth keeping there that I have come across in...
Read moreI came to this subway today on 104th ave and it is one of the worst ive been to. The girl there was really rude and in no rush to cater to the customers needs. She just stood there making bread while I was standing in front of her for a good five minutes at least. Not only this, but she showed that she hated her job even more by slamming the bread trays around. We told her our order and then while she was making the sandwiches, she asked again what we wanted. It was very simple to understand the 15 year old boy working there could understand it. We needed to be somewhere at 6 so we literally had time to sit down and scarf our food down and managed to make it fice minutes before. I can say that there are plenty of other subways in the region that will probably have way better customer service. Also, to the girl who was slamming things, if you hate your job that much theres a door with an exit sign above it, dont let it hit you on...
