If I could give less than one star I would. I This store has everything you would want in a beauty supply store… but that’s where it stops! I went to the store to purchase some braiding hair, I got to the counter to pay for my items and the lady behind the counter never said anything to me, but began ringing the items up. She finished ringing them up and just stared at me. She never said anything about the total or anything at all. She just stared. So I said well how much is it?” Again, she didn’t say a word to me but she pointed to the screen that was on the side and it didn’t say anything so I touched it and then the total price came up. I asked her if something was wrong and then she spoke and said “oh, do you want your discount?” I just paid for my items and left. I needed to purchase more items but I had to ask questions so I went to the store down the street and got my answers and the additional products that I needed. I vow to absolutely never purchase anything from that beauty supply store again. I will discourage everyone from purchasing anything from there because if “we” are not good enough to respect, then we should not be spending our money there! It has happened too often for it to be a “bad day” situation. It is exactly what it has been called time and time again and we should boycott all of their places of business. Just nasty...

My daughter and I were in the area and decided to go by this store based on the 5 star reviews. I must say, the store is nice and clean but the customer service needs improvement! I went in and told the ladies what I was looking for, and they made suggestions (that weren't helpful). I told them I wanted human hair for a braiding style I was going to do, and they kept trying to sell me synthetic hair. They said they didn't close until 9 but started cutting lights off at 7:00 while I was still in the store shopping. After I made my purchase, the lady behind the counter didn't even say anything to let me know she was done with my transaction. I looked to the side of the register to see what was taking so long, only to see she had started counting her till. I grabbed my bag and told her I didn't know she was finished ringing me up because she didn't say anything. My daughter wanted to purchase something else and I told her no because these ladies have an attitude. We left and went right down the road to J&D Beauty. The employees there were nice, pleasant, and helpful. A note to Diamond Beauty.....You can have the nicest store in town, but that means nothing if you can't serve your customers and show a little respect. I won't...

Nice Clean store, lots of variety but, lately I’ve noticed they have the Black Workers following the Black Customers around the store. Like the Hair Stores back in the day. If I don’t have money I’m not going to any store. Do some Black People steal of course so does every other group. Don’t strip people of their dignity.
