While they do need improvement, I do rather love bringing my dog here. My dog is very nervous, shy, and she hates to much craziness. She has been known to even bite people, but the first time I tried this place out they were kind, careful, and gentle with her. Better yet, they wanted to hold her and love on her. She even let them, which is extremely rare for her to do. When she was done (four hours later), she was beautiful! She was not stressed at all either. She looked perfectly happy, clean, and she had not been shaved which was awesome. The only thing I did not like, however, was the fact they had cut her hair extremely short and they put an extremely tight bandana on her. I ended up having to cut it off due to it being so tight. The second time, they did an awesome job again but against my permission they cut her hair nor put a bandana on her. They are very good to her, and they love her almost as much as I do. That makes such little mistakes worth it, and I know every single time I leave her there they will take care of her. We were referred here by some friends and were very disappointed. We scheduled for a full groom then they only did a mini groom (which does not include a haircut). When we told them the mistake they said it wasn’t their fault and that we would have to pay to fix for their mistake. I spoke to the owner who was not very helpful and very difficult to contact. Employees were very rude and everything seemed very unorganized. Bummer that all we wanted was our dog’s hair cut and that is supposed to be their job!!

Edit: Their satisfaction guarantee states “If we made a mistake on the haircut and you bring it to our attention in the first 48 hours, we are happy to fix our mistake at no additional cost to you.” However I called them the following day well within the stated time frame and they still wanted to charge me.

They say that I didn’t tell them how much to cut off however the problem was never that it wasn’t cut enough but that it wasn’t cut at ALL. Clearly, they have been difficult to work with and unwilling to listen and admit...

Please do not take your dog there took my yorkie there about a year and a half ago.After she was there for 45 min. got a call saying her eyes was red. Went to pick her up and her eyes were blood red and had a bruise around one eye. Took her to the vet and they said she might lose one of her eyes.After spending 400 dollars on her, her eye healed . Ask what happened and got several different answers by the groomer and then got a call from the owner saying I brought in that way. There is no way I would ever take her in like that. I feel so bad for taking her there without checking them out. I think about it all the time and when I look into her eyes now I thank God here eyes were saved. So please do not take your dog there. They may do a good sometimes but you never know when you might get a call like the one I got. I don't know if I will get over the way she looked when I picked her up.
