Cielo Dulce Bakery & Cafe — Restaurant in Holly Springs

Just had the absolute best experience at Cielo Dulce! Today was the first time I’ve been but I can safely say already that it’s gonna be my new obsession. I was about to make a salad for lunch but I was scrolling Facebook and saw one of their ads— I immediately thought “this is a sign” (LOL), put away all my salad ingredients, and headed that way. It’s the cutest little place and the nicest people working there! The gentleman at the counter gave me a rundown of all the things they offer and each one sounded better than the last. I got a loaded esquite which was so incredible— he explained that you can pick any of the chips they have for it, so I’m definitely gonna be back to try more kinds! They have a variety of baked goods, Mexican sweets, cakes, snacks— ALL of my weaknesses! I sampled a couple different types of horchata and settled on the strawberry one— DELICIOUS! I also snagged a bag of Mexican wedding cookies because I truly can never turn them down. Sweet people & an adorable business with AMAZING food— truly a 10/10...

this bakery was adorable and the food was simply amazing. the mini pancakes… omg 😩 they add any toppings of your choice, along with bananas, strawberries, and blueberries. 10/10!!

the horchata was also so sweet and just tasted better than other mexican restaurants i’ve been too! the jamaica was made with fresh strawberries and actually tasted SWEET, not bitter compared to other places. the coffees had so much flavor and everything was presented so nicely that i had to take pictures of it all!

Went here today for the first time, and the gentleman behind the counter walked us through everything they had. He was extremely friendly and wonderful to have at the counter. We got a tres Leche cake, a key lime cake pudding thing, and guava and cream cheese empanadas. They didn't add the cream to the cake until it's ordered so it was amazing and fresh. The empanadas were devoured in the car. They were delicious and buttery. Still need to try the key lime thing but I can only imagine it's going to be just as wonderful as everything else.
