Working with Vicky was one of the best decisions I could have done for my wedding. When I was a little girl I always dreamed of having a big wedding, but I didn’t have the slightest clue as to how to plan a wedding or where to even begin. From day one Vicky envisioned what I was looking for in a wedding, even to the smallest details. I called Vicky about everything no question was silly for her to answer or advice. From picking out the venue, to DJs, flowers, and decorations Vicky was with there with me to ask all the questions that I would have missed or would have never even thought of to mention. Victoria truly advocates for her clients, and I felt as though she had my best interest through the whole process. The day of the wedding before any of my quests were entered into the reception area, Vicky pulled me to the side to get a first glimpse of the decorations and I was speechless! Everything we worked so hard on came to life and it was more than I could have even imagined. She even surprised me at the ceremony when I was walking down the aisle to meet my husband; I noticed the beautifully light candles down the aisle! At that moment I gasped because originally I couldn’t fit the candles down the aisle into our budget with the florist and all the moving expenses. At the time I made peace with not having them as decorations in the ceremony but Vicky knew I really wanted that candle affect. I don’t know how she pulled it off without even breaking the bank, and the best part of it all it was a SURPRISE for me! You need a wedding planner that is willing to go toe to toe with the different vendors. I learned a lot through this whole process. I will be forever grateful....

I didn't set out to have a wedding planner. I had already looked at venues and booked the perfect place, had decided on a photographer, and bought a dress. I had planned to organize everything myself with the help of my sister. Little did I know how difficult and time consuming this would actually be. Vicky "fell into my lap" at just the right time and I'm so thankful that she did. She was a great resource for ideas and the vendors that she recommended were top notch! I switched so many things around with her help, including my photographer to one that she recommended, and he ended being AWESOME. She organized everything to the finest detail and made the planning part easy and fun.She planned, hosted and decorated my rehearsal dinner and it was BEAUTIFUL! I was able to fully enjoy my wedding day without having to worry about a thing, I was stress-free! She handled things that went wrong in the wedding without me knowing a thing, until l after everything was done. Vicky was professional, super friendly, and helpful in every way possible. I didn't know I could have so much fun on my own wedding day with no worries. My husband and I can't thank you enough for everything you have done for us. You have DEFINITELY made the big day an organized and fun day. It was perfect! Not only would I recommend any bride to have a planner but I HIGHLY recommend Vicky!!! My husband and I hired Myel D'Or Events to plan our wedding. We wanted to get married three months after our engagement. There was a global pandemic going on with half the guests coming from outside of the country and the bride wouldn't move to the US until a month before the wedding. Our wedding planner, Vicky, would have to shoulder most of the work. We heavily relied on her and she rose to the occasion. She was professional, very organized, detail oriented. She responded timely to messages and was attentive to our specific needs. It helped immensely that Vicky spoke both french and english since some vendors, half the guests and wedding party were french speakers.

We had 96 guests in person as well as 70 people on a livestream. Vicky took all the necessary measures to insure social distancing in a way that didn't impair esthetics and now three weeks after the wedding, not a single case of COVID-19 was detected among staff and guests.

She was amazing at negociating the best deals with vendors and we had the day of our dreams for way less than expected, and stress-free.
