Staff is nice, they were more than happy to sell me a Maytag washer dryer set. I paid over $1000.00 for this used set, and when they dropped it off I was told no warranty at all. 3 months is how long I have had them, they are used to wash 4 loads a week, the dryer stopped working in the middle of our loads. I called the office and I was told there was a 30 day warranty but that has expired and if I want the dryer fixed it would cost me 65.00 for the visit not including parts and labor. I said that seems very wrong to me as I paid over 1000.00 for the set and got only 3 months. I have always boughed used as a way of minimizing my footprint and waste that is dumped into our landfills each year. I moved here from Seminole county and the guys out there sold me two sets that lasted me just under 8 years at 300 and 400 per set. I was also given a nice warranty for their work. The lady I spoke to said she would talk to the technician that dropped off the washer dryer set and have someone call me back, I never heard back. I feel I was ripped off, how dare someone sell a single mother of an autistic child a junk washer dryer set for 1000 and cannot even make sure they would work for a year. I will buy a new set now as I do not trust anyone in this county and I will advise you to stay away from these crooks. Karma is coming as we enter this recession I do not believe they will survive while ripping families off of their hard earned money. Never will I ever use this company again...

Today was a week ago that I bought a dryer from them they close earlier on Saturday's so I checked one out .Came back for it before close time hooked it up and it wasn't working !Called them and told them about it they said to try a couple of things if that didn't work they would send out a tech on Monday. Called Monday to let them know it didn't work after trouble shooting they said tech would come that day and call me before he came out waited and waited never did receive a call nobody showed up. Called Tuesday and told them no one ever called or showed up was told tech would call me I called for a second time to be able to get a response back since I still hadn't heard he then called and said he would come out and did ,said the motor was damaged and would replace it with another dryer.Came on Wednesday evening around 5:30 it worked .I put clothes in it that night woke up to get the clothes out the dryer clothes were still wet ! Retried it when I got home from work that evening it didn't work. So called Friday tech came out for just a few minutes less then 10 minutes and left .Tried it worked for one load.Tried it again Saturday when I got back from work in the evening and doesn't work!Will call Monday and let's see what they'll do .So dissatisfied with this...

Super friendly and helpful. Don’t go there wanting a new appliance. Don’t go there expecting to be coddled. If you’re looking for very reasonably priced used appliances-this is the place. We have purchased several items over the years and they last as long as we could expect. The have no idea of the history or maintenance on the items they sell. Keep that in mind when you buy any used appliance anywhere. Don’t get your feelings hurt when when they tell you it’s a used appliance. Just because it looks beautiful doesn’t mean it’ll last as a new one would. The benefit of doing business with them is that you get a good price for what you’re buying and when you have a failure they’ll treat you fairly. We broke two drawers in our used fridge we bought and they accommodated us with two new drawers at no charge. They didn’t have to do that. The element went out in an oven we bought, and they gave us another element they had no charge. Expectations for somehow magically knowing how long a used appliance is going to last is ridiculous. Hell, you don’t even know how long a new appliance will last. Buy used and expect used life expectancy and you won’t be disappointed here. ENOUGH-Go give...
