I absolutely loved this place. I am very glad my friend and I stopped in for a couple drinks. We were immediately greeted upon entering by Andrei, who is from Ukraine 🇺🇦. He was so nice and a fantastic bartender. The entire place is GORGEOUS. There is warm, welcoming wood all around you with tributes to our vets and our nation as this place is veteran owned 🇺🇸 They even had a diffuser going with a nice subtle scent. The gift shop has some really nice shirts as well as wood bottle openers and coasters. They also sell large quantities of mixers with a bottle of liquor to go that creates 14 cocktails for $60. There are three flavors they can do right now (huckleberry tea, watermelon crawl and cracker kamikaze). There is a pretty big patio area out front with shade from the sun as well. They play great classic vinyl music like Zeppelin. We sat at the bar and chatted with Andrei about different drinks as well as other things. I tried the “Cracker Kamikaze” and “No-See-Um Espresso”. My friend tried the “Push-up Dreamsicle”. All the drinks were perfect. They had just the right amount of alcohol so that it was strong enough, but you could still enjoy it. I was looking for a Bigfoot moonshine shirt I had seen in a prior Google review and Mark, the owner, told me they had discontinued those, but they got a shipment of some new dry fit shirts in while I was there and he let me look through and pick out what color and size I wanted! We got to walk into the back distillery area as well and ask a couple questions to one of the employees. They also had bottles that explained the different percentages of ingredients used to make each type of liquor which was really cool 🥃 Then the big metal containers in the distillery are named after the Three Stooges ☺️ This is a hidden gem 💎 in Homosassa. We absolutely LOVED visiting this new fun spot during our stay in Homosassa!! The ambiance is very cozy and well decorated the second you walk into the tasting room and then also the bar room. The bar room is super welcoming and has these round tables so you branch out and talk to new people in a social dynamic and won’t be as tempted to get on your phone. Outside is a super cute patio with plenty of seating and a good spot for live music (we’ll have to catch a live music night here next time we visit!). Food trucks are also booked here so you can bet on having good food options- I’d suggest checking their social medias to plan accordingly!

My boyfriend loved the smoked old fashioned and the special new test cocktail that the owner brought over that was similar to an old fashioned and had their black rum and walnut bitters in it. Hopefully that ends up on the menu!! My favorite drink was the Huckleberry Tea, which is dangerously good and would be a great go to for summertime.

From the second we sat down at our table with some nice strangers, the owner came by and personally helped us all order drinks for what he thought we’d like the most. Amazing cocktails, amazing people, amazing experience. Me and two friends were in the area for a vacation when we stumbled upon this, as we understand it, very new place. The owner came and said hello as soon as we walked in and made a point to make us (3 females) feel comfortable. We got a tour of the distillery and enjoyed the moonshine (the huckleberry was my favorite).

Everything in the building was built and designed by the two owners who you can tell are really passionate about creating a great experience.

When we were leaving, we grabbed somethings to go and ended up picking up some shirts (high praise) when I was picking out my shirt, I accidentally left my wallet there! We were flying out the next day. I called in a panic and they answered even after close figured out where I was a few miles away and brought the wallet to me! I couldn't believe it. I also opens my Facebook and saw they had messaged me looking to return it.
