Subway — Restaurant in Florida

Changed my review! 1 star to 5 stars! It appears that the owner/manager has weeded out the poor employees because this place has done a complete 180 from when I was in there 8 months ago (see previous review below). The folks in there the other night were friendly and just absolutely phenomenal. My sandwich looked like it came straight out of a subway ad. I will attach a photo because it was a work of art lol.

Arrived tonight around 9 o’clock with no employee to be found. Waited around a few minutes before attempting to call the location we were in. We listened to the phone ring and ring to no success of finding help. My boyfriend had to finally holler towards the back to see if anyone was working. Tiffany came out obviously extremely offended by somebody wondering where an employee was after waiting 20 minutes in the lobby. Tiffany was extremely confrontational and had her two children in there running around barefoot also speaking disrespectfully and cursing at customers not only in the store but as we approached the door as well. Overall a horrible experience and ended up leaving with no food. Tiffany claims we were “mad because no one would make our sandwich” when we were simply looking for a bite to eat. I hope Tiffany has a coming to heart after coming from behind the counter in attempt to intimidate us, we were threatened enough to leave. Her behavior was completely uncalled for and I will not be back to...

First and foremost the two employees that are working tonight are absolutely amazing. Im not sure if this location or the management here is aware of it but the pressure these two underwent today and still stood strong is unbelievable. Anyone else in their position would have and should have walked out. The reason this review is being given 5 stars is based solely on these two employees. I dont remember their names but its easy to look at the schedules and find out. They need to receive an amazing incentive for their dedication. These two were the only ones working and there was a massive rush that wiped them out and kept coming in so they couldnt keep up but instead of giving up they did what they could to serve the best they could. I do know they tried to call people for help and received none. Noone answered calls from these two who were in desperate need of it. And myself along with several other customers are deeply disappointed in that. I strongly suggest they be rewarded in some kind of way and not reprimanded for running out of things or being overwhelmed because surely we are all aware that there are things that happen and massive rushes that happen and its not their fault at all. Very unprofessional. Not very happy with my visit, when we walked in the only worker in the place was sitting eating with what appeared to be her “family”, she got up when we came in to take our order, I gave two stars because the food was good but after getting our food and sat down and the worker walked out of the restaurant with her “family” (using quotation marks because I only assume) for quite a few minutes which is very unprofessional in my opinion. After a while she came back in with her family, friends, or whoever when more customers arrived. Seemed like she was more preoccupied with them than doing her job. After a while we had finished eating and I went to top off my soda and the soda machine had sprayed all over my clothes because she had removed the caps on the soda machine and didn’t put a sign out or warn the people in the restaurant that she had done that before getting preoccupied helping another customer.
