The larger white guy who handles the morning-to early afternoon shift has became very rude. I frequently come and am always respectful. I am pretty good friends with everyone at the gates as I am coming and going a lot. This man used to be very nice and pleasant but has became very rude and difficult to deal with. His language and tone and rude remarks are beyond unprofessional and it’s very triggering to embark. I am allowed in and have permission. He knows this yet still gives me the worst time at the gate. It’s became an issue at this point and my family is filing to file a complaint against him at the management office.
