Dollar General — Local services in Hopedale

Let me start off by saying if I could give a review lower than one star I would. The lady at the register was very rude and unfriendly as she tossed my delicates into a bag like it was no big deal, met with a nasty scowl on her face when o checked out. Clearly the guy that was near her wearing the manger title did absolutely nothing and acted like I was invisible. Dan , david, or something like that was just as unprofessional. With his negligence to correct his employees on customer service. I've been showing up for a month now, and these guys looking around to be in their 20s, were way friendly way more helpful when on the clock and doing what needs done. Now I'd rather go out of my way to the next town at this point than waste my time with people that want nothing to do with their customers. There's a bright future for their younger employees to grow and prosper and actually work their way up in the company ranks if they had the right management and co workers to uplift them and help as...

I dread going into this store when the nearly elderly lady is working. She is so rude and never has one nice thing to say. Hopedale and Delavan residents all complain about her. I needed propane today. Clearly there were 3 full tanks. She lied and said there wasn't any because she might have to actually do something for once. I've had enough and will continue to contact her manager about this situation until she's been straightened out or fired. Until then, I will never visit this failing business again unless I know shes not working. Although, I will miss the extremely helpful older gentleman who goes out of his way to be as helpful as possible. And his jokes make my day. Can't wait until Minier Dollar...

The store was nice and clean but the check out guy was terriable there was 6 different people in line a customer would tell him there out of. Something what he would is go check and he knew the line was building now there is ten people waiting in line and he does this 3 more times and he knew he was the only checker i stood in line 20 minutes.
