This place was the worst experience I have ever had at a doctors office. My mother, brother, and myself were all sick and went in for treatment. The receptionist could not get the info in the computer, even though i scanned it online then on their tablet. I tried to pay in cash and she insisted on having my card on file even thouth I only had cash. She took my $40 and did not give me my $5 change (co-pay is usually $25 but she chareged me $35) nor did she give me a receipt. We got into such an argument that a nice lady thought I did not have enough money and tried to pay it for me. She looked in our nose and throat, checked us for Covid, Flu, and Pneumonia. Then the NP Cassandra came in. Asked us the same questions the nurse asked about problem and allergies. She said your test are negative. She looked in our eyes and pressed on our face and throat. NEVER ONCE did anyone listen to our lungs. We were told we have a sinus infrection and sent on our way. Cassandra was okay, but the other two women were a joke. I WOULD NOT LET THEM SEE MY DOG. I would like my $5 back along with a receipt as well. IF YOU ARE SICK DO NOT GO THERE!!! Janice Ward, Sara Manues, Chris Manues
The nurse came up and said have you tired some med from over the counter and i told her we have tried serveral over the counter products that were not working. She came back up at the 2 hours we were trying to get signed inand said y'all all need to wait and I told her we had been. She said it is the system not the girls fault and we would just have to wait. When the nurse finally said y'all all just omce on back and I asked if we were going to be treated, since she seemed some what hostile to us. I do not know if it was because we were white, but she truly did not seem to care. She took all 3 of us in one room which I requested since i have to help with my mother...
Read moreMy first problem was that people that made it to the clinic after me were seen before me. I signed in on the device at the door before they did, but I didn’t receive a text to finish the registration process. I didn’t know that I was supposed to receive a verification code until two other men came in after me, and they were actually greeted and led through the steps. I just walked in without being greeted. When the lady did walk to the desk, she just stared at me, as if I was bothering her or as if she wanted me to figure it out on my own. She pointed to the device and told me to sign in. As I mentioned earlier, I did sign in, but they didn’t send me the verification code to finish my registration process. I figured that out when the lady at the desk told the men they would sign in and receive codes after they signed in (She didn’t share that information with me.). After I heard this conversation, I went back to the desk to tell her that I didn’t receive a code when I signed in. Then, they finally sent me the code. The other man was seen before me, and I was not happy. I was feeling horrible with a fever over a 101, so I just wanted to be seen as quickly as possible and go home to get back in my bed.
Also, later that day I called back to speak with a doctor or nurse, and I was told that they would give me a call back, but I’m still waiting on a call back. They told me that Wednesday, and...
Read moreFront desk was nice, getting scheduled was easy. nurse that took care of me was nice, but while explaining to her what i needed the “doctor” interrupted saying and tried saying there was noting broken with me bc i can walk…i never said anything was broken i just thought i had possibly sprained my ankle due to pain and swelling for several days & also told me that i need to go to another doctors office for orthopedic care I was wanting to get checked out because of how long I have been dealing with it…I thought the website of this practice states they do orthopedic care but guess not.also if i could go to the other place she mentioned i would have instead of here but that wasnt an option 🤷🏼♀️ I also had other concerns I wanted to mention but after encounters of how rude the “doctor” was before I could even explain everything I just decided to not mention it. hopefully she can work on her bedside manner and get patients the care they need. other than that the overall...
