Walked in this morning right after Charles opened his store. Don't let the picture in his ad fool you, he is a very pleasant man and very personable as well. Now I had a problem with a piece of plastic that broke off from the charging cord. He fixed it in less than 2 minutes and he wasn't going to charge me anything, so I bought a new charging cord from him. I'm convinced that any problems my wife or me have with any iPhone, iPad, computer, etc we are coming back to Charles. I'm also recommending him to all my friends, as well as the folks in my church... he's that good.

Latest update: My iPad battery was dying. I thought I'd check the price of a new one, and squelched that idea when I saw how much they costing today. Took my iPad to Charles, he gave me an estimate to replace the battery (it's not a job for amateurs). Called me when it was ready, he actually came in a bit under his estimate, and I'm on my way with a "new iPad". I'm just going to put it out there like this if you have $400 in your pocket and you go into a business expecting just to let everyone know I was expecting to at least pay probably 38390 to get my phone fixed which is a $300 phone and I tell you what I've spoken with people who have had a screen messed up on their phone and their phone still work and I know that I wasn't there when these people got these things fixed but I was told that they were you able to run a diagnostics check to see if the phone would even work after it got its screen fixed and if these people didn't talk me out a business like he's this man has no idea what I have in my pocket and what I'm willing to do to spend this cash to get my phone fixed like I was told good things about this place but this was only by one person and I probably should have read a Google review on it maybe they are great but I'll tell you right now if you have a pocket full of cash you may as well drive past to the next one still haven't gotten my phone fixed and I will be going...

Cannot recommend these guys enough!!! Story time, prepare for the block of text. I had a fairly nice midrange phone(Sony xperia xa2 ultra) that the display went out on. Being fairly handy, and having replaced more than one phone screen myself, I order a new one from Ebay from a reputable dealer. After watching the YouTube tutorial I decided it was a little out of my league. I called almost every place from Benton to Arkadelphia and was either told that they do not use customer purchased equipment (understandably so) or they do and it would be almost the price I paid for the phone to put in a screen I purchased!!! These guys were super helpful and charged me a reasonable amount for their time. I will drive the 30 or so minutes to get to them anytime I need an electric device fixed....
