Bomgaars — Local services in Hot Springs

We like going to Bomgaars for the convenience and competitive prices. They help provide products and supplies to our small town. Generally ,the employees have been friendly and helpful with an exception for a couple times then I was really surprised at the lack of professionalism. I called this Bomgaars about 7:30 pm and received less than satisfactory service over the phone and subpar sevice. I was transferred to about three people over the phone. None of them knew what I was talking about and when I got there none of them knew where it was. Can we guess what that item was? A torch head for a propane tank. There are some great folks that work there. Frank has always been a huge help when I’m looking for something. There are several very kind cashiers and a couple of other young men who are quite helpful. My apologies for not knowing names. I can’t always see a name tag.
