Big City Foods — Local services in Houston

I must admit this was my first time here coming to this store and is now my new favorite store a little bit pricey but it has everything that I like I could get in. I can get out. I didn’t have to ask for help to bring my groceries to the vehicle. The manager at the store asked me if I needed help and this is the kind of customer service and places where I like to spend my money where management and employees are looking out for customers l will be shopping at this store again sorry I like it...

the owners are greedy and do not care about the people in the community, I went in to get a few things one day and picked up some chicken that was accidently priced wrong, the manager said she would not honor the price and refuse to sell it to me for the price that they put on it. I had them to return all of the groceries I had and vowed never to shop there again. they are over priced on almost everything simply because they think we won't go out side the community...

Me and my husband used to go to Big City a lot they are a little bit pricey as they are a Neighborhood Grocery Store. As there are not many around. They are pretty clean inside but lately I think a few years now my husband heard on the news or somewhere that their meat isn't as fresh as he would like it so we have kind of stopped going in their due to that fact.
