Bait n switch, waste of time, terrible/sloppy work, and total distasteful businessmanship/lack of accountability. Had to get my engine replaced, he quoted me one price and a timeframe. Took way longer & charged me way more for unfinished and sloppy work. When he delivered it to me there were warning signs that weren’t there before that I brought to his attention and he said to just drive n test it out, he ended up charging me more for the starter replacement which should’ve been found in the initial diagnosis and fixed with the engine since it’s a literal integral part…he also said he would fix the starter and had me go buy the part only to turn around n say he’s gonna need me pay for it, essentially holding my car hostage. Also I have all the receipts for this whole interaction. He also broke things in my car that weren’t broken before taking it in such as my sunroof that no longer closes, my cup holder that only needs a button to press for it to open up and extend out, it no longer works. Also it ended up giving out on me in the middle of the street while I was driving. And even after he fixed the “starter” the check engine light came back on a couple weeks later and I ended up needing to take it to another shop to get fixed…. Was told that it may be $2500 to fix possibly $3000 MAX, ended up paying $3500 PLUS having to buy one of my own parts for the fix, and it ended up taking WAY longer than what he said for timeframe all to just have to go to someone else who’s actually reputable to get the job done correctly.
