This place does not deserve a one star. It should have a ZERO. This place is not organized and not a good place to do business. They LOST MY LAYAWAY. CHRISTMAS LAYAWAY AT THAT. This is not business like. Yes true enough they offered me my refund back but they did not take the time out to look for it. This happened today December 13,2017. The manager and staff were all lazy and did not look thats why they were so quick to say we will refund you your money. I did not even get an apology for their negligence. This place should have never reopened after HURRICANE HARVERY. THERE IS NO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THIS PLACE. BUT ONLY IN THE HOOD THIS HAPPENS ONLY WHERE BLACK PEOPLE SHOP. I haven't been in a citi trends in over a decade so I really didn't know what to expect. As soon as I was in the ladies greeted me and welcome I appreciated it.
