Horrible equipment Horrible administration They overbook for the money and don't have enough instructors or trucks I've been on the road with 5 people in the truck plus an instructor Never under four , even on school grounds I finished in October . It's almost January and I still have no certificate . When I first asked for it , they asked if I hasd passed yet ! So the state the F. B. I. , and the examiner knew but the ones I paid were still clueless They turned rude and ugly and claim they have sent my certification Yet I still don't have it I learned later that the rude lady is the one that could have printed it right there She was just being vindictive When I called hcc dean, I was directed back to the dean of the N. E. Campus , but he is the problem that needs to be addressed I definitely would not pay 3500$ for this course They take your money and your on your own way more than you should be It's a shame though, I had some good instructors and examiner Some of which voiced the same complaints ,sadly their...

I didn't visit the actual college, I went for covid testing. So, my remarks aren't for HCC. I will say that the "entrance" for the testing line was poorly marked, yet, the exit was largely and clearly marked. I approached from the side street and drove around to the opposite side looking for the entrance. Found nothing. I turned around, passed the exit and went back to the side street and saw a small, hardly visible sign that said something about a lab and saw cars in line near the building and figured that was the entrance. The other issue was there was only 1 person telling 4 cars at once how to administer the swab test. She was doing a good job, but it's crazy that she was the only one assigned to all vehicles. I can truly say that I am very impressed with the learning process at HCC trucking. My instructor Mr. Hayes is amazing and professional and fun at the same time, he teaches well. Mr.Don I don't work with him much but the one time I had an opportunity to, he taught me a whole lot that will stick with me forever in this trucking industry. Mr. Don was very knowledgeable and help me out alot and then there was Jason. Such a brilliant guy that is very knowledgeable. He helped me out alot on the pretrip inspection and air brakes test. Jason is very patient and he makes sure that everyone understands what they have to do. If you looking for a great school for trucking look no further.
