Never thought it had this long of a walking/biking trail. It's really nice, and long but shady area that actually helps against the heat. Has a mini water area for kids and several soccer fields, tennis court, basketball court. Haven't seen the baseball field or didn't notice it. I've been going alot for bike riding close to my home, and the trail is fairly nice. For those looking for a more off road biking, there are hidden little trails that are a bit hard to find for the reason that not many people use them, I'm guessing. There is about a 1/2 mile hidden off road trail that is mediocretly difficult. Good for beginners like myself. The park is always empty, at least in the morning when I go and the one time I went in the afternoon, it was. Has several little areas where you could enjoy with a significant other deep in the hidden areas I talked about. Benches and such to sit down. There's also a pond with benches and a platform to stand...

This park is kinda like a hidden gem very quiet. Perfect for a run or a little meditation and a lot of space to play football soccer. Also saw a couple doing yoga under the trees wich provide alot of shade too. Parking is great there are alot of different places to access the park from. Theres a neighborhood next to it so you might see some stray dogs but we didnt have any problems with my pup. I didnt get to see the whole park because she got really tired the trail is kinda big but i did notice what seemed to be tennis courts. A few picknick tables and i think the trail is good for biking as well. I will be coming back to explore the whole thing.i did not see any restrooms tho but if i do i will post it. Also bring water we got super thirsty n didnt...

I love running at this park after a long day of work to let go of some stress. But after it's rains I recommend to hold off coming here for at least two or three days to give the ground some time to soak up moisture. Mosquitoes are really really bad I'm native of here, but at this park they're huge and they hurt once they get ahold of you. They even get on you while you're running, but that does not stop me from coming here I wait for now on. Beautiful park and great place to watch/play soccer. Also, if you come here to get it in with your girl/boy friend stop being ratchet and leaving your condoms on the ground for everyone to see that you were not even decent to take it behind closed doors throw your trash in the trash! Other than...

Beautiful park with a lot of potential! Trails are quiet and serene with plenty of trees and fresh air. There are plenty of spots to park and benches to sit on. Entry is free! There are courts for various activities like basket ball, and a small pond to fish in. Great spot to jog or ride bikes as well. Biggest issues for me were that the bathrooms were locked, so we couldn't use them. Fountain was broken and continued to run, wasting a lot of water. There was also a lot of garbage and bottles. The pavement was cracked and looked unmanaged. Lastly, there were dog droppings everywhere, and not a lot of stations that provide dog bags. Over all, park has a lot of potential! Just needs a bit more maintenance.

Park is conveniently located if you live on the east side of Houston. There’s lots of space. Parking is not an issue. It’s great for running and sport activities. I wouldn’t say it’s one of my top 5 parks to visit, but if you’re ever in the area, definitely check it out. I recommend taking a walk through the trails in the morning. It’s very peaceful then. This park has a lot of potential. I’m just not sure how much use it gets 🤷‍♂️

I really enjoy this park! There are areas to play soccer, a small community garden (closed when I've visited-possibly due to COVID) and lots of trails to explore. There is a good amount of trash in some spots...but that is not the park's fault - obviously. I wish people would clean up after themselves. We've explored the trails a couple of times now...around 2-3 miles each time and have not finished exploring the entire park.
