JoyBox Fine Flowers — Local services in Houston

I ordered flowers from this store on Valentine’s Day and specifically requested that they not be pink, as the recipient dislikes that color. The service representative assured me they weren’t pink, but when we saw the photos, they clearly were. When I called back, the same representative changed her story and claimed they only had pink flowers left, which was confusing given these were order days in advance of Valentine’s Day.

On top of that, I spent a significant amount of money under the impression that these were forever flowers (which was my misunderstanding), only to find out they were fresh flowers. However, they were far from fresh—despite proper care and watering, they wilted and died within a few days. If customers are receiving whatever is available in the shop, even when the quality is subpar, why are we still being charged full price? I would warn customers not to shop here, because they’re not guaranteed fresh flowers or the colors they desire, but simply what...
