When I dropped the TV off, not only did the owner help me get it out the Truck, we also turned the tv on to make sure it was working and there were no visible damage. I received a call 3 days later stating my tv was unable to be fixed due to an internal crack( when I picked my tv up it was an external crack). I explained to him my tv was working fine when I dropped it off, my cable port is what was getting fixed. He continued to say it was nothing he can do and he didn’t do anything wrong but my tv now has a crack across it that wasn’t there when he accepted it. I asked for the owner and he said he didn’t know how to get in touch with him, then later on in the conversation say he was the owner. This is an expensive 65in television that now has a crack going across it. This guy does not want to take accountability for what he has done. Do not take your business here, he will break your item and act like he didn’t do it. Really is disappointing to see this is a black man. So much for supporting...

I’ve been here twice, once a few years back and then again a few months again. The owner is very real. He will try his best to get you quality results and if he’s not able to he will be honest about what he’s able to do. He takes his time to repair your device and will even do it right in front of your face and explain what he is doing. I appreciate the transparency because I’m not knowledgeable about electronics and it helps build rapport and reliability for me as a customer. Both times I came to get a phone screen repaired. The first time I couldn’t because it was deeper issue than my screen. I ended referring him to my mom who got her phone screen repaired there with no problems. The second time I visited I actually got my shattered screen replaced and I have no problems with my screen. I was surprised to receive a call back in less than an hour. He went on to explain what he found and offered recommendations to help make my computer more efficient.
