The Port of Houston needs to take a long look at the operation of the crane lift drivers why do they hold so much authority why do they get to decide how things are ran you can have a truck right there and the crane can be right in front of it but they will leave and sit five feet away for an hour or two and then load you it’s ridiculous how they can control whether you get loaded or not and they determine how many loads you take because if you can’t get loaded or unloaded quickly or makes no sense to have someone make those decisions for you they shouldn’t have so much control over someone’s day and how much money they make because that what it all boils down to they have way too much control . What can be done about this???!?!!! because this isn’t the only message I’m going to send it’s just gone way to far it gets to the point the drivers are getting out wanting to fight the crane operators and. Nobody is there to restore order.please make a change so things can run...

This company gave me one of the most terrible experiences I've ever had while shipping my car from Japan to Texas. It was incredibly difficult to communicate with them, and they even charged me extra fees for not picking up my vehicle when nobody informed me that my vehicle had arrived, and when I tried calling, no one would answer. I had to go through a whole ordeal, desperately searching for someone to pay those fees, as nobody seemed to know who I owed money to. And even then, they wouldn't release my vehicle. Long story short, they ended up costing me an additional $4000. And that's not even mentioning the extensive damage they inflicted on my car during the process. They broke both the front and back bumpers, side skirts, and completely destroyed the clutch to the point where it wouldn't even...

If the gates close at 8pm, why was I denied entry at 7:55pm? I was on Clinton and as I pulled up, the gate was being closed on my face, I was confused thinking my time was wrong, but the security guard reassured me they close at 8pm. I was confused and I looked at my watch, I said to her “It is 7:55pm? I need to go to dock 8.” Mind you, dock 8 is literally a couple feet away from the gate.
