I waited an entire week to make this review HOPING this company would reach out and do the right thing because I did have one favorable experience with them in the past, however, the mark of a good company is not what they do when things go well, but, rather, how they operate when things go south.
Last Saturday was my daughterâs first birthday party so we rented a princess bounce house. The crew that arrived to setup was quick, efficient, and very helpful with choosing a location that would be best. They got everything setup and working an hour before the party and all seemed well. So good I even tipped them for their service
Our guests started to arrive and as I took them outside I noticed the bounce house had deflated. I thought my wife had turned it off since no one was there yet but when I turned it on there was no power.
My first thought was to check the connections. All were good.
Next I checked my breaker box which was also fine. Next step was to change the plug to a different outlet but that didnât power it on either.
Immediately I called Sky High and was told by a lady who answered the phone that she would check to see if someone could come back and would give me a call back. Sadly, I never heard from her again.
After waiting about 45 mins I decided to take matters into my own hands so as to give my baby a great party. I switched to my own heavy duty outdoor extension cord- still no power.
I ran the extension cord to my neighbors house. Still no power from the blower.
I then used that extension cord to power other devices ensuring it wasnât my cord or power supply. They all worked.
Now Iâm certain itâs their blower so I respond to an email asking me to rate their service hoping that would prompt a call or response. I still have not heard back a week later.
When they came to pick up the equipment, the guys were super apologetic and said theyâd never once received a call on this issue and said to call the office as they couldnât do anything to assist us. I understood and did as they said and still received no response after a week.
I received a text for a survey on our experience a couple days later and gave the company all 1s and left my contact info hoping that would elicit some response. Iâve still not heard from this company.
At this point, Iâm leaving this review to warn others. You may have a good experience with them if all goes well, but do you really want to take a chance on having this kind of experience during what Iâm sure is a special day for your family/friends?
We donât get to do another first birthday party for my daughter and the negligence and lack of customer support procedures from this company has ruined what should have been an awesome memory for the kids who came to celebrate my daughter and our family.
As an entrepreneur myself, I hated to leave this review but I feel I have no choice in an effort to, again, warn others of my experience and the possibilities for themselves.
To the company representative reading this, you have 48 business hours to issue me a full refund or I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company Wednesday morning for failure to deliver goods as promised as your equipment failed and you know your equipment failed!!

We rented an obstacle course bounce house for over $1000 for our Halloween party. The delivery folks arrived an HOUR late and we had to deal with instructing them on how/where/etc when our party had already started and we were trying to host our 70+ guests. By the time they were finished putting it up, they were TWO WHOLE HOURS LATE and well into our party. Once it was finally up, the obstacle course was extremely dirty, there was a disgusting smell when you went inside, and the worst part - the kids complained that there was some sort of slime all over the inside of the bounce house which made it extremely slippery and gross. We had over 35 kids at the bounce house and nobody wanted to go inside - and it cost us over a THOUSAND dollars to rent this bounce house. It's absolutely unacceptable. We rented from this company over the years - back in 2018, they took better care of their equipment and had newer bounce houses. I am not sure what happened, but their equipment and service have gone downhill and I will not rent from this company again. Their delivery folks are not professional and look and act like they are miserable. It is highway robbery what they did to me this past weekend, not to mention that they ruined the party for the kids - a party that I spent a lot of money and effort planning. They were supposed to pick up the equipment the next day, on Sunday, but nobody came. They came on Monday instead without calling ahead. They just called when they showed up, left a voicemail, and finding nobody home, took it upon themselves to enter my back yard without my permission. My husband and I arrived home to find strangers roaming around our back yard. They were finishing up and as they were leaving, they asked if they could have some vodka jell-o shots that were labeled as such, left over from the party,
The last time we rented a bounce house from this company was in June of this past year. We rented a water slide and they were TWO HOURS LATE then and it was 110 degrees here in Houston with lots of kids outside waiting for the water slide. Their blower wasn't working and they had to go get another one - it was a mess. We rent bounce houses about 2-3 times per year and I am done with Sky High and will go elsewhere. If you don't want to take the chance that your party is ruined for your kids, do not rent from this company. They can't be trusted to be there on time and their equipment...

We ordered the 3in1 toddler moonwalk. Delivery and set up were fine but upon closer inspection the bounce house had a ton of dried grass/debris inside, and outside so it clearly had not been cleaned like their website states! So I had to go in and manually remove grass and dirt! I also noticed when my 3 year old daughter went inside she came out crying because of a 'grasshopper' so I looked and there were dozens and dozens of flies and honeybees inside and outside of the bounce house. First of all, this is dangerous because the kids could be stung, but without anyone bothering it for the first few hours after set up, insects were just flocking to it!!! We tried to wave them off but then they started coming from the inflatable and swarming outside our house!!! It was extremely strange because these insects are normally attracted to food so why would they be attracted to an inflatable? We had to deflate the Inflatable to get the bugs to go away and buy several fly traps!!! We called this company multiple times to ask for a solution, at least 10 times, and the first time they mentioned they would report it? Which is unhelpful as this bounce house was unusable when swarmed with bugs. Then, eventually, after more calls, they offered for someone to come fix/replace the inflatable, but no one ever showed up. Not to mention multiple times, I was told/promised that someone would call me back about this issue, and no one did. I eventually was fed up and asked for a refund which I was refunded for only half of the price and given store credit for the other half, which isn't helpful because I wouldn't rent from this company again. I was surprised because this company has very good Google reviews so I'm very disappointed that this happened for my daughter's birthday. Regretfully, I forgot to take pictures due to being so frustrated!
