Truck driving Is always a non-stop learning experience I believe a big part of it has been knowing your piece of equipment. I have made many phone calls to Jose explaining what I believe is the problem that I'm having at the time. He is knowledgeable and to me has always been honest if I felt like something is over charged or something wasn't fixed properly or if I believe a warranty should apply he has always made it right. Many times my truck went down during the day and I've brought it to him and before the next morning he has me up and running again. So with that being said using Roadrunner I have had little down time if you think you can get better work done at let's say the dealer go right ahead but I can't sit around for a full week before they even look at it. Read moreJose and Carlos are surly and don't listen well. The mechanics are competent, but play around too much. They stand around joking with each other, as much as they do repairs. Most of them do not speak English, and at nights getting help from an English speaking person is very hard. Lastly, the prices are decent. Some times Jose will overcharge for doing specific tasks, like taking off a rear differential. Charging for the task itself, not the labor it took to do that, nor for actual parts. Most of the time, the prices are actually decent. I can only recommend Road Runner for very simple jobs like brake changes, a/c charges, or perhaps oil changes. Read moreThis guys are good ( cheap) when it comes about tires , brakes oil change but not more, i’ve came to the with an oil leak at turbine and oil leak at turbo DD15 engine, they didn’t make any diagnostic and just change the turbo, after that nothing change so they charge me for 1500$ for that work and for a AC hose that they crack and said “is nothin that we could do, we don’t know what’s wrong with these leaks and with your truck so i called a towing and moved the truck to another Truck Shop.
