Chrome Stop — Local services in Houston

Met a nice heavyset guy at the Truck Show who worked there. He told me all about the services they offered to include wheel polishing. I walked into the store today and NOBODY said hello. After walking around I finally had to ask for service. I told the guy I was looking to polish my rims among other things and he told me he wasn’t going to do my rims. I kind of paused but kept inquiring about other work. I wanted some lights installed on my sleeper and asked about the price. He told me and then said I can do the lights but I’m not gonna do your rims. Feeling kind of irritated at this point I asked him if I could leave the truck so they could install the lights. Well senseless babble took place and he took me outside to look at a truck they were installing an exhaust on and told me that was $5000 to which I replied that’s a lot of money. I went back inside and from that point on NO ONE said anything else to me so I just left. I had a lot of stuff I wanted to do to my truck and could have been a regular customer but these people didn’t seem interested in me or my truck unless I was spending big money to get something done. I remember the first time, I came in as regular customer 6 years ago I was fixing my bosses truck, I told him I wanted to fixed up put some chrome parts on it since I'm driving the rig. Freddy attending me right of way, very professional and reccomend chrome part for my bosses truck's and since I didn't know what I was doing, since it was something so simple but at the time I didn't know about trucks he help me out.

It's been over 6 year's I been coming to this shop, 3 year's ago I bought my first truck, and freddy, along with Rita and their staff put me down with alot of chrome items that made my rig inside and outside very nice. Got me some lights color changing I highly reccomend to get. Every time I stop at the truck stops at night time love how the lights look on my rig. Come by and check his place out.
