Boycott this location stop sending packages thru Usps!! These guys basically steal your packages that aren’t insured because they know they will get away with it. Only thing we can do is stop using usps and give our business to Fedex and UPS
Update: package was never delivered 2 and half months later, as i said before they steal your package if not paid insurance in full value meaning they basically steal every package that they know is of value and you won’t be able to claim your money back since you didn’t buy that extra insurance.

Reviewing the tracking history, there have been no new scans since 06/07/21 North Houston, TX 77315. Given the elapsed time since then, it appears something may have happened to the package to impede it from advancing further in the mail stream; possibly the label becoming damaged and illegible or the contents separating from the packaging.
Fortunately, since the class of service selected provides insurance against loss or damage, at this point we recommend you proceed with filing a claim. Your Priority Mail package is insured up to $50.00. You can file a claim as soon as 07/07/2021 but no later than 08/07/2021, failure to do so will result in no chance for reimbursement. Read moreI just got off the phone with a woman and I don’t even think I caught her name, but I have literally been waiting for a package since June 5 that has been going in circles between San Antonio Houston Spring back to Houston back to San Antonio and I mean, it’s been ridiculous. I’ve called customer service multiple times. They’ve told me that all I can do is wait or call Britain smh horrible customer service to tell me that and also I was told that they couldn’t even check to see if a mediation had been filed correctly when I needed to talk to a supervisor they had no way to track that they said. I called the local post office here on Broadway in San Antonio and nobody answers the phone ever not one time did someone answer that phone out of the 22 times I called and I started calling the distribution center in Houston even though im in San Antonio and she answered right away. She checked the shipping label right away. She verified the barcode was correct. She sent an email to the Houston center to put an alert out for it and told me to try to expect it in three days this woman has provided more help for me in the three minutes we were on the phone then this whole system has in the whole month of me calling everywhere and I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you to whom ever that lady was. I spoke to today you are Amazing that you do your job correctly and you are so kind and helpful and I thought I would finally leave a good review because I actually got good customer service today and this one single woman has managed to change my day around for the better! They definitely need more employees like you!...

And I believe that with my whole soul. This place needs to just be shut down completely!!! I used to order packages very often but it is solely due to the stress of THIS location that I now order far less but when I do, I beg sellers to use UPS instead. And when they don’t, THIS will happen EVERY SINGLE TIME! They NEVER get your packages to you on time and quite often, not at all. Why on earth did my package sit at the North Houston location allllllll dayum day, then get sent BACK to Dallas??? DUMB! Now you useless lot have it again and it’s just sitting there. Already late and probably broken too. Disgusting! Maybe employees should not be allowed to post selfies and other cringy, personal things while on shift and in a company vehicle.
