Well let me start with the good Dale Lautenbach is a nice person and I wish I didn't have to write this but that is it for the good. I brought the rear bench seat from my 2005 Triton to Dale for a estimate the third week of November 2016 and explained to him that quality was very important to me he said I would be happy. I left the seat their because he said his sewer would have to look at it to give me a estimate. (RED FLAG) He called me a day or two later and said it would cost $600 dollars. I told him to go ahead with the repairs. I picked up the seat on Thursday 1/18/17 and was not impressed the stitching was terribly crooked all over and there were large wrinkle's on top I asked about the wrinkle's and he said they would go away in time and the stitching was very hard to get factory results I paid him and took it with to get some second opinions as I have been told I am picky. Well my friends wife and coworkers agreed I tried to take it back the next day but he was closed on Friday Monday came and I brought it back and we had a lengthily discussion the long and short of it was I offered him more money to fix it but he said he could not produce any better result and he didn't feel any body else could either. I left and brought it to two other shops that both said they could fix it I chose Red's upholstery in Bonduel they did great work for me in the past. I called Dale to tell him and ask for him to pick up half the coast he said the most he would do was $100 dollars and the material 2 yards at about $25 dollars a yard . So I went and picked it up (Trip 4) Brought it to Red's (Trip 3) Red's called wrong material back to Dale (Trip 5) back to Red's (Trip 4). Red's called today I went and picked it up finely a job well done. I call Triton boats before all this started a factory seat cover was a little over $900 dollars I spent $1130 dollars on mine that sucks. Thank you Red's for fixing...

We were here on June 10, 2016. We were on day 1 of our camping trip about an hour away when our awning ripped off from the strong winds and heavy rains. We called several places and they were the only ones able to get us in right away on a Thursday morning. They did a great job of sewing the awning back to the strip that attaches it to our pop up. It has been holding up since and we have gone through several storms. They only charged me $20 for the repair and the lady sewing and the gentleman that owns that place were very nice and helpful. I cannot say enough positive things about Dale and the rest of the team at Visions Upholstery. The customer service is 5 star+! Throughout the whole process Dale was honest about the timeline and costs. At a time when other businesses said the backlog was so long that they didn’t want our business, Dale was willing to work with us to help us get our camper couch and dinette refinished at a reasonable price in a reasonable timeline. The quality of the finished product is outstanding. After one phone call with Dale I knew I wanted to give him our business and I couldn’t be happier with...
