So let me begin with saying that if you are reading this review I can't stress enough how pleased I am with my tractor, and more importantly the service that I received from Matthew, I live in Michigan and they treated me like a neighbor, I ended buying a 1835E and added pallet forks and a box blade, and the most incredible part is the 900 mile trip there driver took to meet me with the tractor! Yes thats right they brought it to me! Multiple states away, knowing I might never set foot inside there dealership, everyone I dealt with was incredible, and extremely professional, I felt like I was a VIP! I will only be dealing with cox Implaments moving forward for anything i need with my tractor even though it may be slightly challenging, thank you so much for the incredible service, you have a customer for up here...
