If you're going to spend the money, spend it right. I wanted to have a lift kit installed on my Tacoma, however, I was not sure where to get it done. There were a couple shops within my area and I ended up choosing Mud Digger because of their awesome Instagram and impeccable reviews.

When I dropped the truck off, I happened to be greeted by Nate, the owner. He seemed to be incredibly kind and knowledgeable, and even helped make recommendations to help me save money.

Picking the truck up after it was finished was a fast and easy process. Mud Digger Off-Road's work exceeded all of my expectations. The truck looked flawless and I was excited to finally have my truck lifted.

Unfortunately, about two months down the road I was hearing an unfamiliar sound coming from my newly lifted truck. I investigated, spotted the issue, and snapped a picture. I emailed Mud Digger regarding this. I am not kidding when I say this, within five minutes of sending that email, the owner, Nate, asked for my phone number so he could give me a call. Five minutes! When on the phone, Nate explained to me exactly what the problem was, why it was happening, and exactly what options I had for fixing it. He then invited me to come back and have it taken care of.

Arriving at Mud Digger to have the issue resolved, I was met with a man named John. While handing over the keys and in passing conversation I mentioned another problem the truck was having completely unrelated to the lift kit. I do not have the knowledge nor the experience that these guys have and merely wanted him to take a quick gander and offer a quick opinion if he could spare the time. John instead asked if he could take it on a quick test drive. Upon his return, he explained what he believed to be the problem and related it to a similar experience he had with his vehicle. After telling him I didn't quite understand what he was explaining, John tactfully broke it down Barney style for me to where I could get a grasp on what he was saying. I really appreciated this. The issue with the lift kit was resolved in no time and I was on my way. Thank you John for going above and beyond.

It's the little things that make a business stand out. Things like asking how my day is going when I walk in the door, offering me a cold water while I wait on a ride, recommending a different product to save me money, answering an email in a timely manner. Countless other things I noticed aswell. Mud Digger Off-Road has the most absolutely outstanding customer service I have ever received. I am genuinely not the type of guy to ever leave a review on a business, good or bad experience. I just don't care enough and couldn't be bothered. However, after receiving the service I did from these guys, I would feel guilty if I didn't.

If you're willing to spend the money on any truck accessories, do it right and use Mud-Digger.

These guys are awesome! I bought a Ford F-250 that is lifted and I’ve never owned a lifted truck. I know nothing about the maintenance or if why I had was in good shape or in need of attention. I brought my truck here after finding them on Google. When I called to set an appointment up the gale that works in the office was very helpful and a please to talk with. She knows her stuff. I arrived on time to my appointment and they took me right in with no waiting. The technician Nate knows his stuff!! I asked him if I could watch and learn from his “shake down.” He welcomed me to come in the shop and understand what I had going on. He checked every component the the lift parts, u-joints, ball joints, etc. When he found some room for improvement, he showed me exactly what was up with it and why it may need attention.
