Well to start out the Manager is so helpful I already had a TV and washer so I was needing heat for my home and there for a month or 2 I couldn't get it but I paid on my bill just in time for winter I was needing heat for my home well I ended up able to get a fireplace heater and a candle heater the candle heater is for the wife and my room and Oreo the delivery guy was able to bring it out and it was like 6:45 pm they closed at 7 he brought it out to me that night didn't ask no questions so if I would recommend any place to rent from it would have to be Farmers they are the best I have ever felt with the manager and all the people that work there. Are so friendly and very helpful not with just what you want but with what you need SO THANK YOU AGAIN EVERYONE AT FARMERS INCLUDING THE MANAGER HOPE YALL KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK. And I'm sure I will be back to buy more furniture and other items! ...

My experience was terrible. I purchased a sofa & rug in February the sofa is already worn out and bowed in the middle, the cotten on the armrests is separated. Also Chris the salesman sold me the rug for 150.00 but l was charged 200.00 it took me a few months of being persistent to get that straightened out. In the mean time l noticed other charges that were incorrect. In the process of trying to rectify this balance l have now. So not only did salesman lie to me about the price of the rug he wouldn't correct the price that he sold the rug for. Also the manager that loaded my sofa up ripped the sofa liner and there weren't any holes to put the sofa legs in. I am devastated over the whole ordeal. I wouldn't recommend that...

I liked the store and the people I interacted with. That part was good.

The bad is the quality of furniture. The dining table and chairs are still in great condition. The small sectional however, started to wear out very quickly. Bottom coming off the frame, cushions flat and weak non supportive springs. I emailed the manufacturer (Delta Furniture) for warranty info and got no response. Emailed again and was told it was up to place of purchase. By the time I got a response I had done more research and found out that furniture warranties are for just about everything EXCEPT performance. Don’t buy...
