The layout will only include the part number sizes and measurements of the room. If any of your cabinet sizes are custom, they will need to reference the physical packing slip they hand you when the cabinets are delivered. When they deliver the cabinets, they will stack them up even if you ask them not to, knowing you have to open each box to check the cabinets.
