Disappointed with the Service Last week, my son used this company for a detailed car cleaning, and unfortunately, we were disappointed with the results. We dropped off the car at 2 PM and paid \$215 for what we expected to be a thorough detailing service. When we returned at 5 PM to pick up the car, we were surprised and disappointed to find several areas still dirty. The back door bottle holder was still dirty, the back window area was dusty, and there was a visible spot on the front driver’s seat. I brought this to the staff's attention and asked for a discount, considering the incomplete job. Instead of offering a discount, they began vacuuming the car again, which took more of my time. For the price we paid, we expected much better quality and attention to detail. This experience was frustrating and not what we hoped for. Guys, this is really upsetting me. I cannot speak highly enough of Precision Auto Detailing! My husband and I own a 2016 Honda CR-V that was used as our family vehicle for 6.5 years. In those 6.5 years, not once was the vehicle detailed until recent with Precision. Having two children, you can imagine how much of a garbage pit the vehicle was. We're talking melted silly putty on the rear seats, it was embarrassing! I NEVER thought that stain would come out....sure enough, I received the car back from Precision in pristine condition, you would never know that stain was there! My husband and I are now passing the vehicle on to our oldest daughter who will be receiving her driver's license soon.
