Family House of Pizza — Restaurant in Marlborough

Being a fairly new resident to the city of Marlboro. And living in one of its many available retirement locations. You can gather so much information about every day needs you may have. Living in such an environment. One of these being the question of. Who and where is the most recommend Pizza business in town. The majority of referrals for me to try was the "Family House of Pizza ". Being tucked in the corner of a small plaza at 329 Maple St. It was time for me to see if what I was told from my neighbors was true. The staff at Family Pizza are welcoming and very friendly. Offering warm greetings with smiles and gratitude that you are there. Inside it is very clean, but somewhat having the decor of years gone by. But still comfortable enough to relax and enjoy your meals. Having the urge for a Veggie pizza this evening I placed my order with (I believe was) the owner. Very welcoming to all who enter. After placing my order. I sat and watched as customers arrived for their orders. Again, greeting them as they were family and best friends. Which is always pleasant to see and hear of. My small veggie was just the right size for me. It consisted of Onions, Green Peppers, and Cheese. Although I was asked if I would like other toppings also when I placed my order. In which I politely passed on. This pizza was not overpowering by any one flavor of the above. But it was a smooth well balance flavor of all the veggies. The crust was perfect for my likings. Thin, flavorful and not overly cooked. The only problem that comes to mind at this moment. Is what to try on my next visit there. Their selection is moderate, the prices are good. Had the worst experience ever. Walked in with my two kids to get them some lunch. Racist owned restaurant, of course since I'm not white I did not receive the friendly welcome like everyone else did. Waited patiently for my food, and was never told when it was ready, my food was left on the counter and no one told me it was there. The people preparing the food do not wear gloves, causing cross contamination in the food and are just very rude. Don't recommend this place at all. Just dirty and unsanitary, and...

It was my first time to try the Family House of Pizza and everyone was talking about that restaurant how their is so Delicious 😋, after 1 year I decided to try it and eat pizza on my lunch time , once I was in they're so welcoming, very polite , The place is Very Very Very CLEAN & ORGANIZED.
