The macarons were very fresh and flavorful. The absolute highlight.

My son loved the freeze-dried peppermint patties. He was intrigued and the lady working was kind and showed him the machine used for freeze-drying.

The toffee coated peanuts from the bulk candy bins tasted old. Woody or like cardboard.

I expected the (bulk) chocolate-covered salted caramels to be smooth and gooey or have a bite to them but the caramel was actually kind of paste-y. Made me wonder how old it was or if the caramels weren’t cooked to the proper temp. Not sure if they make them on-site.

Came in on August 10th in the evening. Was greeted by the girl working there by her looking at her watch then saying "just so you know we close in five minutes" Okay? Cool I guess. It's a small candy store we won't be in that long. Ask about the Macarons since that is what we were really interested in. "We've already put them up" Okay, cool again. This is a hidden gem! Great small town candy store with a upscale feel. They have a wide variety of candies, homemade fudge and some specialty items as well!
