Accent Prone — Local services in Huntersville

My sister and I were definitely excited to visit this store as we have been to the original store and warehouse outlet in Kernersville and have bought numerous pieces, but the Huntersville location is closer to home. However, upon arriving and walking in the store we weren’t even greeted by the lady working in the store. Granted she was helping another customer but was standing directly at door and she failed to even utter a “Hello! Let me know if you have any questions!” We continued to walk thru the store for a good 15mins with no engagement from her and we crossed paths a few times. We saw some really nice and quality pieces however since the customer service was so lacking we decided to leave, again not even to a “Have a nice day…” Needless to say we will be sticking to going to the High Point location...
