Summit Comedy — Local services in Huntersville

We recently hosted performer/magician/comedian Ben Seidman at our college campus. He was sensational! As a human being, he’s an all-around awesome guy. I appreciate how easy it is to work with him pre-show, set up day of, during the performance, and time after. He’s authentic, personable, quickly builds rapport, and is just a nice guy.

He drew our biggest event crowd (minus free food days) in a long time and there’s still buzz on campus several days later about the tricks he performed. Knowing he creates his own tricks or takes other tricks to a new level just makes it all the more outrageously awesome! Students have commented how much they enjoyed his blend of comedy, stories, and magic all rolled into one non-stop show. He attempted a new trick and it went over like crazy. There was a hiccup in one of the tricks when someone hung up on him and he kept rolling and tweaking and still made the trick happen. Mind blown!

I am so appreciative of Melissa Bear at Summit Comedy for working with us to bring Ben to our campus. Students are begging to bring him back (and I want to too).Summit Comedy's service matched with the caliber of their performers...

LeClerc was amazing. The students really loved him and connected with him. He got on stage and really sold the show. We had a packed house, and he got several standing ovations. He did a great job of reading the room and adjusting his set based off of that. I cannot speak highly enough about him. Not only was he great on-stage, but he was also awesome to work with off-stage. LeClerc was very chill, asked if there were any topics he should avoid and just wanted to deliver a great show.

Summit Comedy, special shoutout to Chuck Johnson, was also amazing to work with. They were so quick to help us get paperwork put through and get everything lined up for our event. Chuck was quick at responding to emails and always ready to help. We were hosting a show on a college campus so we often have a lot of paperwork or hoops to jump through, they were no match for Chuck and the team. This year, we decided to hire a comedian for our 2023 Fall educational event. We felt that after 7 hours of sessions we needed to end the day with some much needed humor and laughter and not another motivational speaker. So, we reached out to Chuck at Summit Comedy to locate a G/PG comedian that our attendees would enjoy. He provided us with several names and ultimately, we selected comedian Mike Burton. He was the perfect choice. We knew that hiring a comedian was a risk. But after Mike finished, our attendees chased him down to thank him for such a great show! Mike was the talk of the meeting and many said he might just be one of the funniest comedians they have ever seen...and we never hear raving reviews when we hire motivational speakers! I strongly suggest using Summit Comedy and hiring Comedian Mike Burton for your next event…you will not be...
