Nail Club — Local services in Huntington Park

Had not been here In a while but i really wanted a nice pedicure for my vacation and wanted them to match the design on the nails my sister did for me so i though this was the only place I would trust with this task and I had the worst experience ever! Ontop of that I paid $62 for a dam pedicure that's excessive!! I had to stop the lady doing g my pedicure because my French tip looked s9 horrible! Another employee over heard and she agreed this was horrible and offered to fix it (I appreciate you Moon), she literally kicked out the other lady and took it all off and re did the polish. It's not the best design but so much better than it was but I cannot believe the lack of artist and the excessive fees they have. I had always given this place a 5 after my experience today I gave them a one! I had been going here since I was a teenager and loved the service they have always been a bit pricey but I thought it was worth it. Little by little the wait times started to get outrageous even with appointments and I stopped coming as often as I didn't have the time. Didn't hate as I thought they where super busy because they where good. Now I go on here and see alot of people have had same complaints lately. I even told the owner I'm really paying 60$ for a pedicure they couldn't do he didn't even bother to look at...

If I could give 0 stars I would. EXTREMELY racist. Rude the two times I went. I will not go again seeing as I had to walk out the second time. First time I called to make an appt he said “no appt needed just walk in” I go in and he said “you should’ve made an appointment”. I had to wait 5 hours and he rushed. The second time I come right when they open they made me wait two hours and kept putting people before me after he told me only 1 hr. I then stepped in and asked why he said oh appointments come first. I asked well how much longer it’s been 3 hours he said “maybe 3-4 hours more” THIS PLACE IS RUDE. I sat there politely each time. Have done my nails a couple of time and I honestly love them. sometimes not exactly how I want the shape but when the color is on I forget about the shape just because he has a lot of beautiful colors. My nails are nail form which I truly recommend if you are like me sensitive and the plastic nail hurts you plus the acrylic. Just do nail form yes a bit more expensive but you will be happy that your nails feel somewhat natural. Yes every one is different so give it a try so you can see for yourself.
