FrutiBionicos Sinaloa — Restaurant in Huntington Park

I’m very disappointed with this place lately my past orders have been messed up if its not the shrimp being undercooked it’s the order being wrong. I literally call in advance to place an order and when I get there my order is berly being made … like I called it in for a reason these are just examples of pervious incidents 😩 also I drive far out for this spot because it was one of my favorite spots for ceviche however this last time my order was wrong which was very upsetting to me! I had just finished a 12 hr shift I was craving some ceviche called in my order picked up my order and when I got home my order was wrong! Not just 1 but 2 I ordered 2 plates of Ceviche de camaron and they gave me jaiva which is something I personally don’t like which adds more to my frustration so I called in to let them know how upsetting this is and the girl that answered had no idea how to handle the situation she literally told me to call the next day because she wasn’t in charged like what? She offered me to go back so they can re do the order at some point she almost made it seemed as if I was lying which was even more upsetting but realistically as bad as I wanted to go back i was just not about to drive another 30 minutes back to the location and back home just to remake my order that they messed up on! So I just took an L for it but it’s upsetting when you go and spend money on food and you don’t get the quality or your ordered correctly. I hope they see this review and really take this feedback in and retrain they’re team on verifying orders and also teaching them how to deal with customer complains because it’s upsetting, with this economy people go and spend they’re Harding working money on your business and for incidents like this to happen sucks and I get it no one is perfect and mistakes happen however makeup for it instead of having an attitude with the customer they made it seem like I did...

A bit crowded when I got there so it took some time standing in line. But the wait was worth it! I purchased a medium sized Bionico and it was awesome. (They also have a large size). The creme was the right texture. (Some places make the creme to runny or watered down). This creme was smooth and flavorful. The strawberries and bananas were fresh. The pricing was readonable also bei g $5 for the one I ordered. The only con I have is that they didn't have mango at the time so I missed out on that. But I'll definitely be back more times. Love the seafood at Fruiti Bionicos Sinaloa the staff here is really kind and friendly and also very clean and professional. They make your order from scratch and very accurately. Its a small place but they have lots of customers. My favorite party tray is the Tosti Marineros with their spicy chili sauce and my favorite drinks are their Micheladas with shrimp and cucumber. You also get your tray overloaded with shrimp so the really cheap price is really worth it.
