Excellent service! As soon as I entered three people were there to ask how they could assist me to make what I was looking for easier to find.I told them what products I was interested in and a young gentleman got a flat bed shopping cart and ask how much of each animal feed I needed because that's what I was looking for. If I could give more than 5 stars, I surely would and I highly recommend everyone shop here. They have a wide variety to choose from with products you may need, super friendly and professional, very focused on what the customers needs are, no more than 3 minutes of waiting to be checked out (for me at least,) and excellent prices for the products needed. I also saw a wide range of motor power tools, a wide variety in seeds for a garden (potatoes, onion sets, etc and tools you may need to help you with planting. I didn't even check the rest of the store out, but first impressions are everything and they surely will have my business again. I would rate them actually...

The service department at Kenny Queen’s Ace Hardware has completely lost the plot. From the start, there was zero communication. No updates. No timelines. I was left totally in the dark unless I followed up — and even then, it was nothing but vague responses and a string of excuses that changed with every conversation.
What really blew my mind? At one point, when I asked for a clear answer, I was flat-out told I could just “go somewhere else” if I wasn’t happy. That’s not just unprofessional — it’s insulting. It shows exactly how little they care about doing their job or treating people with basic respect.
There’s no accountability, no urgency, and no willingness to stand behind their own process. Just delay after delay, excuse after excuse, and complete disregard for the customer.
I walked in expecting service. What I got was silence, runaround,...

I hadn't even been able to ask my question, and when I finally did I was instructed to do my own online search. The lock is an item sold online, but not enough information is included such as the keying.
I was disappointed in the service. If I had wanted to be brushed off I could have gone to a box store instead of trying to give my business to a local store.
I the end, I found a store online who also had to call their manufacturer for the correct answer, but we were able to have that response in less than fifteen minutes.
It's sad when everyone wants you to "shop local" to keep business in the area, but then you are treated like your business doesn't matter or you are a burden for...
