I like Subway restaurants and was very pleased when they were putting one in not far from where I live. They have a drive through which was particularly good for me due to my disability. Then, every time I drove by the drive through was closed. I passed up the shop for years and then heard the drive through was open. I went there and ordered a salad and some cookies. I drove up to the window and waited. And waited. After about 10 minutes the kid who took my order came to the window and apologized. I could see he was working alone and I wasn't in a hurry. I felt bad for him. I waited a total of 40 minutes to get my salad. No, I wasn't angry. I'm retired. The weather was nice and I sat in my car listening to the radio. The next time I went my daughter and her family were with me. The drive through was closed AGAIN and the poor kid inside was alone AGAIN.
