Ok I'm not sure why all the negative reviews on this customer. I got here last night around 1030pm. I was able to park here, there isn't a lot of space but enough 3 trucks can park here. I was going to wait till the morning when my appointment was and check it. While sitting here and just relaxing Leon the 3rd shift supervisor came out and knocked on my truck to see when my appointment was. I let him know 0700. He said I was good to stay right there until morning. When I let him know I was willing to go ahead and load he checked my pu # so he could load me, but unfortunately there was a issue with what was in the system. No fault of his. He sent a email to his supervisor letting them know and let the 1st shift supervisor Tremaine ( sorry if I misspelled your name) know what was going on. I checked in just before my appointment time and was told that they hadn't heard back from the supervisor yet but would let me know once they did. Once the issue was resolved Tremaine came out to my truck and let me know what door to back into. Me and another truck were loaded and ready to lease within the hour. These guys are awesome. They apologized multiple times for the hold up, and I kept letting them know it wasn't there fault paperwork errors happen no one is perfect. Thank guys for being so great. Once you get past all of the whiny trucker reviews, here's one about the product: We tried the three meat Authentic Motor City Pizza Co tonight, normally not big frozen pizza fans, but needed something easy and it looked good on the box. Opened it up and it looked like it had been kicked all the way to the store, but I scooped up all the toppings and rearranged them, added some onion and candied jalapeños. The entrance of the place is very small, no cleanse sign to show you the entrance. The yard is very small. Shipping and receiving docks as you see in the pictures, are by the end of the building. They are taking a very long time to load you up and take one truck at the time.The delay time is very long. However, the people are very friendly, they have a lot of respect towards the drivers.
