The "Renee Barron" woman who posted before me is the second shift manager. I am local. Every single time me and my family have gotten burger king while she is working, it has been either wrong, or, like today, NASTY. My dog could barely even chew the chicken fries my kid ordered. Renee is a sweet girl, but a very poor manager. My wife once witnessed a man returning his fries because one of her many piercing's fell into them!!! Not a huge deal, accident's happen. But, she is still wearing them!!! They purposefully save old fries and nuggets to serve to customer's and keep whatever "number's" they have down. This is a known fact. I know countless ex employee's whom have told many horrifying stories. Nothing that warrant's a health department visit, but appalling none the less. Their lack of concern for their customer's indicates they just do not care, and as most customer's are from the freeway, they will be long down the road before they notice their disgusting food, and will probably just forget about it. And if you do call to complain, they offer you a no question's asked refund, or remake. That tells me it happens a lot. You can hear a screaming lack of surprise or concern in their voice.
This place is PERFECTLY fine before second shift take's over. Not once have I had an issue during their first shift. I daresay I have even enjoyed my "first shift food".
All in all, this place suck's, but only after 5pm, or whenever it is second shift take's over. And if you see the small bleached blond manager with piercing's named Renee, check your food. She doesn't care if it's right, fresh, or if it's...
Read moreI donât know if he was having a bad day, but the guy who was bouncing between the register and the back whose name tag read âDylanâ was a bit rude :( I donât go to Burger King often and decided to come in to actually have a moment to read the menu. When I walked in âDylanâ immediately came to register and asked if I had been helped. I said I hadnât and just needed a moment to look at the menu, he said ok, then turned to the girl next to him and loudly said âyou can take this one thenâ. I thought about walking out after that, but I didnât want to go elsewhere on my way home. When I went to order, âDylanâ came back up, took my order extremely quick and without asking questions or sauce for nuggets etc. as I was putting my card in the device, he turned back to the girl from before and told her to finish ringing me out before disappearing again. All she really needed to do was hand me my receiptâŚ
I didnât catch the girlâs name, but she had brunette hair pulled back in a pokey tail. She was extremely nice and I felt terrible for her.
I left feeling frustrated as I wanted to order a bigger size and something else but because I felt so rushed and pressured I settled for a smaller version. Dylan seemed like he had a lot on his plate and I hate leaving negative reviews, but I wish he would have slowed down and taken a moment to actually hear me and possibly even his...
Read moreBeen to this location multiple times. The food is always sub par, cold and made wrong (which they do fix but with attitude) but today warranted a complaint. I put my order in on the app when I arrived and then pumped gas because they are always slow and it was busy inside. (This maybe took 5 mins btw) Went inside to wait on our food and this crazy lady is screaming my full name. I said yes Iâm here. She again screamed my full name. I asked her why sheâs saying my full name and she said because Iâm not the only Tiffany in the world. I said well Iâm the only one with an online order at this specific location right now. She then rolled her eyes and bagged my order. Threw the bag on the counter and turned back around. This response from a manager is not acceptable. If the job is too stressful, im sure thereâs other...
