Firelands Scientific Dispensary — Local services in Huron

Might be my favorite cultivator but I can never find your products for the right prices and it seems the general prices of your products has gone up or that certain weights aren't being sold anymore. I used to find 2.83gs of fireland flower for $20-25 now I can't even find it on sale for that. Same thing with the vaporizers. Found a 0.5g live rosin for $20 great! I think I had seen a 0.84g one for $40. Now it seems all I can find are CO2, and expensive CO2 at that. You sell a 3pk pretty much verbatim across the board for $93 of CO2 lusters. I mean maybe youre just not aware so benefit of the doubt given but pretty much every other brand (besides maybe klutch) offers CO2 for cheaper than your "bulk" deal. I once saw you had a live ROSIN 3PK for $99. That was the best day ever, I didnt get the chance to snag one but it was the thought that my favorite company was going in the right direction. Now tell me why since I seen that best deal ever the 3pk of rosin, I literally havent been able to find any rosin besides the 0.84g jars for $65+. Is that not price gouging? I really don't know but I do know I liked it a lot better when I walked in and knew I'd be grabbing FiSci, now I walk in and almost know I won't be. It's a sad turn of events for what I considered some of the highest made with love products on the market, but you're just out pricing yourself in every category and you're non profit on top of it? It literally doesn't make sense cause you seemingly have the product/supply so why are you not going for market share by having the best deals? That's literally how I found you and unfortunately am feeling like our relationship might be reaching its peak here if things never return to "normal" which I hope they do. If I can get 3gs of 25% flower with good terps grown well for $16, why would I ever consider FiSci for relatively speaking the same level of grow but at $30? or similarly speaking a 0.84g cartridge of live resin for $20 (from another brand on your own dispo page) where you sell yours $35+? and now almost exclusively only sell CO2 and Rosin now?

Like realistically speaking though right, what point do I have to buy FiSci anymore. From a price to price breakdown you shot yourself in the foot raising your prices losing out on valuable market share and brand loyalty over the past 12 months, you've cut back your variety of products again loosening your grip on the market, and your main claim to fame that its cultivated better or more holistically or cleaner because of "science" as if the others' aren't also is also losing its appeal considering most all other cultivators of any nomenclature are on their way to following that same path.

I just don't get it. Why?

Like stock up every dispensary with $16 2.83 gram flower of at least 22% who cares what the terps are and just sit on it man (yes i know they charge what they want but then find the ones that dont). At this point I've got more brand loyalty to these random no name cultivators (i know theyre subsidaries but) simply because they do what theyre asked of by the community, offer a good product for a good price. Not , and no offense, "WaRnInG CoUlD ConTaIn SuNNsHinE HEHE" like bro

Edit: If I could I'd give a 2.5 cause the product, when it works, is imo very good, but its just seemingly everything 'ELSE' about this cultivator I'm having a hard time loving. (price, QA of products [vapes breaking and not being refunded], diminishing options in terms of what they sell) but I'm not rounding up. It should be on them to impress. Wheres the accountability? I've had cultivators give me $100 coupons for simply giving them valuable experience didn't even ask for anything just a here ya go, and people are having a hard time even getting FiSci to message them back for broken product? For reference I was only going to rate 3/5 but then thanks to the other reviewers remember I've not once received an email back from FiSci for any of my compliments or concerns....

So this is one of only 2 dispensaries out of at least a half dozen within a reasonable drive that I will go to. It is actually my first choice. They are more particular on who they sell and out of all the dispensaries I have been to, they seem most knowledgeable. I say seem because I am very particular about what I smoke and unlike most other smokers I have talked to, the THC % of a strain isn't even in my first 5 things I look at. They mostly have a similar mindset and have made good recommendations in the past which is something I will never do anywhere else. This is without a doubt my personal favorite dispensary. Plus they are now rec as well for anyone that doesn't carry mmj.. That being said... there are 2 pretty big downfalls that has led me to only a 4 star and the reason I still find myself occasionally driving almost 3 times the round trip to go to my #2 in Amherst.... 1. They are closed Sunday and Mondays.... I know everywhere is still suffering at least somewhat for good employees but 2 days closed, 1 being the last day of weekend and the second being the first day of the work week has more than once been an issue.. and 2 and possibly even more frustrating than they days closed are the days open.... hours of operation are from 10am till 7 pm... my #2 place opens at 7am and closes at 9pm.. again I'm assuming it falls under employees but being open before most people have to go to work or staying open past when cedar point closes ( less than a 10 min drive) would seem to be something you would really wanna do, at least in summer when cedar point is up n running. I have been at my other place when they open at 7 am and there are quite a few ppl there. In fact from my personal experience, they seem to dramatically slow down after 10am... these 2 things are my only complaints with firelands! We'll since they changed their carts around from mainly a metal to mainly plastic, I have had a few issues with carts but it's rare and in no way shape or form nearly as frustrating or as often a hindrance as much as their open days and hours are! I recommend this place to literally everyone as I do to anyone reading this, assuming it's not a Sunday or Monday or if it's ...

Here is the undeniable truth. They have overstated thc levels more than three times. Brought quietly to attention they apologized with something along the lines of "growing pains. IT HAS NEVER HAPPENED THAT THE MEDICINE WAS HIGHER IN THC! About a month ago i got s few things and the medicine I received was two products that were exactly 2% lower than there online advertised thc. Which is actually even lower ,around 13% lower since highest thc sold is usually 32-34 % at highest thc. So the sample size of 0-34 actual percentage is actually around this is using thirds to calculate. times 2%.

Another time when i caught it and refused order they were less than Nice. Lije i did domething for not going along. So I emailed 3 time's nothing. Called and left message and no response. Finally i placed an online with the issue in the instructions section. Inside room , not receiving, was greated less than cordial and asked what the problem was. I explained. They said they were allowed by ohio to be as much as 5% off on advertising legally. So 27.10 is same as 29.10 as advertised. That was that. They had to advertise it wrong according to the bigger of the two guys accross the counter.

Terrific people. All around great service.Superior products. Most pleasant building design that makes me forget about the Secuity that is obviously needed in a dispensary situation. I think of the ‘institutional (and I mean custodial) feel of three of the Cleveland area dispensaries I’ve visited.
