While they fixed the initial problem that I brought in my car for (I brought it there because they are considered the best with german cars in st. george, and I have taken it here before). But I had to drive back to hurricane 3 times (30 min away) for them to fix other issues that they had caused. They didn’t want to take responsibility for the issues. They failed to note missing screws they took off because my car is older (2011 audi). While they were able to fix most of these issues and I understand it was inconvenient for both of us they were condescending to both me and my dad and I wish they would’ve treated my car the same as they would with a nicer or newer car. I have a 2000 Boxster S and had catastrophic water pump failure while on a cross country drive. The failure occurred less than a mile from the shop. It was a Friday morning and thankfully it was not busy that day. Sam brought the car in to look at the problem and called me with the diagnosis. He advised that the water pump had failed and broken the drive belt as well. Thankfully, before I left California I had picked up a water pump and thermostat from Pelican parts and had them in the car. Sam and his crew made the repairs the same day.
