Great place to shop for equipment!! Chris, the owner, explained the differences between brands of chainsaws and benefits. He never made me feel that buying or using a chainsaw was beyond my ability as an older woman! Very professional and patient, no sales pressure. He also suggested safety equipment - chaps and a helmet with ear protectors. One mishap could cost huge $$ or loss of a limb so this was a wise investment in my safety and confidence! Chris also suggested I watch UTube videos on how to use a chain saw safely to cut down trees - a really beneficial and educational experience for me!! Videos showed safe procedures to follow and also accidents that happen when people don't use common sense or take stupid chances. I also purchased a weed eater so I could have 2 batteries to use in my new Husqvarna chain saw! I highly recommend this business both for sales and services/repairs. Anyone will feel comfortable shopping here. Don't let pride or ego prevent you from taking advice from Chris - buy safety gear and learn how to use a chain saw the safe way by watching a few...

Was told they cleaned the carburetor and replaced the fuel filter but that's not true took a video of the saw after I got it back and it was doing the same thing it did before. After I visited the shop the second time for warranty work and it was denied saying the saw was blown up. I tore apart the carburetor apart and found that it was extremely dirty. I would highly recommend not to do bissness with wansing. As a logger that i use this saw everyday I would expect better service then just "you can buy another one" this...
