Tommy Bahama — Local services in Indian River Shores

I was in Vero Beach for a couple of days vacation and decided to call the local Tommy Bahama store to see if an item I had seen online was in stock at their store. The gentleman who answered was very helpful in answering my questions. The next day I went in to the store and the sales lady, Roseanne, was exceptional! She really went out of her way to help me get the three items I was interested in. I have worn Tommy Bahama clothes for many years and I am always pleased with the quality and the designs. This shopping trip was so great because of Roseanne. I don’t think I have ever been waited on so attentively by one person. Some of the worst customer service, I have other seen. Associates are disorganized and manager needs to lead. At times they are rude and speak down to their customers. Will not shop there ever again.
