Village Shops — Local services in Indian River Shores

The reason why I put this place at a whopping 2 stars might be an unjust one. When we arrived at the plaza, only one or two stores were open. I understand those stores that were closed had some plumbing issues, but that doesn't mean there can't be a section of the store that's segmented from the problem area(s). But this is way out of my wheelhouse, perhaps it's really unwise to let shoppers in if there's a problem.

The Village Shops is a small, beautifully designed shopping center with high-end apparel and accessories shops, unique gifts, home decor, art galleries, and specialty items. There is also a bistro, bank, and hair/nail salon. Ample parking. Shaded walkways. Stunning landscaping. Easy access off of A1A....
