Agri Supply of Monroe — Local services in Indian Trail

This is a review of the Agri supply store located in Monroe North Carolina. This was the first time I have ever been to one of these stores and I have to admit it was slightly overwhelming at the sheer size selection and quantity of products there. I was greeted upon entrance by a very nice lady named Jo Ellen. I got a smile and a wave from a cashier as I walked by name Tina and a gentleman named John in the back of the store said hello and asked me if he could help me locate anything so I'm not sure why there are reviews of bad employees because the three that I encountered were very polite and professional. The store itself has a mix of everything from tractor parts, dog food, cooking supplies, barbecue supplies, lubricants, oils, cleaning supplies, clothing, tractor implements inside and outside, water storage tanks from about 20 gallons to about 2,000 gallons and tons of things in between. The store looked incredibly well stocked, nothing blocking the aisles and everything looked very clean and organized even the bathrooms. My husband called the Monroe store in regards to a pull behind liquid sprayer, and the representative said they had one left, but it was a "floor model." We were fine with a floor model. Once my husband got it home, we were able to get a good look, and this was no "floor model." This was a heavily used return at best. I took several pictures of this so-called "floor model" to document the mud all over the wheels, on the bottom of the tank, and all over the hose line. There was rust on most of the metal parts, and the red motor cap cover was faded almost to a pink color, and the words were barely readable. The plastic tube that connects to the black hose was very hard, not flexible at all. It felt like it was ready to crack at any moment. And let's not forget the leftover residue inside the tank. I'm very disappointed that a company of this size would mislead their customers by stating an item as a floor model when that's obviously not the case. This is my first time at this store and my experience was great . Was the Monroe North Carolina store . and everybody was awesome I even called before I went purchased one item beforehand. And picking up the next day I end up buying several other things . from customer service to the cashier to another gentleman . To the gentleman who loaded my stuff on my trailer. Everybody was extremely nice helpful didn't rushed me in any way . And answer every question I had. Even went what I felt was above and beyond to price stuff and making sure I got what I wanted.
