Washington "Scare" Mall needs massive overhauling. The anchor stores are Burlington, Target and Dick's Sporting Goods. Last several times I went to Burlington, the staff was less than satisfactory and the store a mess. Havent been inside Target in years, BUT as there was a fight recently between Target employees and the popcorn stand employees inside the mall, you can no longer get inside Target from inside the mall, and you may only enter from the outside entrance. Never had any issues when going to the Dick's Sporting Goods. Very few stores inside the mall besides Bath and Body Works and Victoria's Secret. A couple shoe stores, a discount furniture store, and many "stores" that seem to be like a garage sale. There is an arcade room that I have heard good things about, but as I am not a gamer and am not fond of the numerous fights, shootings and robberies that happen inside and around the mall, I would not personally take the chance of having a "good" time at the arcade room here. Of note, Buffalo Wild Wings is also attached to the mall, although you can not get inside the restaurant from the mall. This Buffalo Wild Wings has a strict age policy after 4pm (I could be incorrect about the time, call to verify if concerned) that prohibits underage individuals without an accompanying adult. Again, this is due to the frequent fights, robberies and dining and dashing. As a lifetime Eastsider I would love to see this mall overhauled, but unfortunately I don't see that happening anytime...

This mall is awful.. it looks like scrap inside.. bathrooms are horrible... the heat never works... the parking lot has holes will mess up your car...stores don't stay long because of bad management.. the new manager he is a very awful person he treats you like a dog very disrespectful... and acts like this mall is very worthy.. it is not.. he over charges on the retail spots and people are disrespected and they move out. Who wants to do business with a person that treats people like this. This mall needs to close. There are spots that have been in this mall for YEARS and he makes them leave saying he's leased the spot.. yea right.... Also he's the cause that a man died at that mall he wouldn't turn the heat on and he ended up having bad health problems and died just recently. Please go elsewhere don't support such a place. Target is wonderful and so is Dicks but otherwise.. please be aware.. to Mall management needs to be...

me my fiance and are three kids go here alot to buy lil things , we finally went into the arcade place !! with our three children and my 6 year old was kicked out for picking up a water which i know he was wrong !! but bring me my child we were instead of throwing him out and when i asked him why didnt he just bring him to me he acted as if he didnt know he was with us !! the only black family in the damn arcade!! i walked to the desk with all three kids with me!! i turn my head for one sec to help my other son play a game and they kick my son out !!6years old , the owner set there an then started yelling call the police because we wanted to know why he thought it was ok to throw a six...
