GRT Glass Design — Local services in Indianapolis

The glass class itself was good. We live out of town and they offered to ship the items we made after the cooling off period. The class was paid and it was implied that they would ship the items as part of the cost of the class. After not receiving the items in the time frame discussed we called Grt. They said it was some mistake blah blah blah.. They assured my wife it would be shipped out the next day. But not before sending me an invoice for the cost of shipping. I would say- it is one of my worst experiences so far! they collected an advance of 150$ from me and booked the schedule for 6pm on Valentine's day- I reached there by 5.40- but the shop was closed! I never received a refund so far! I really doubt if it is a genuine business! when I sent a message in fb- the person mentioned they waited till 5.45, but that's not true- I have emails that was sent around that time and phone calls made- nobody responded. My wife treated me to a private hot glass class with Clayton, and it was absolutely awesome! Clayton is a great teacher! He’s great at explaining things and super patient. Best of all, he always knew when to step in and help out without making you feel like he’s doing everything.
